Creamed Honey is thick and it tastes creamy.  Creamed Honey, also called whipped honey, churned honey or spun honey, is spreadable honey that goes great on toast, bagels, etc.  Creamed Honey is actually honey that has been crystalized in a controlled manner to allow very tiny crystals to form, which gives it the creamy taste.  We add to the honey freeze dried strawberries that we actually grow and freeze dry ourselves.  The taste is a classic Creamed Honey taste with a light strawberry taste.
